I liked the idea of having a bottle that I didn't need either a mesh or an extra "ball" inside to ensure the mixing of the protein powder. a few things to note here:
1. The bottle size is small, so not particularly big portions here
2. The seal on the top of the bottle works ok at the moment, but I would say, won't last much longer than 6 months before it will start to leak
3. No matter how long you shake, you will never get rid of all the lumps in the mixture. nice try, but still need the mesh or ball
4. One of the selling points is the no lumps and easy to clean as it's supposed to completely "round" inside. However the top, where the drinking slider is, it's not round and also not accessible to clean very easily. Misses the mark on this selling point.
Overall it's ok, but not as effective as they want you to believe, I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it
