Everything you read online, ignore it all. I am going to give you the regimen that actually helps without you reading 500 pages. I went crazy & was hitting near depression trying to figure it out. Believe me when I say I really didn't think I would be here today. This actually helped me and I thought I was going to look 50 at 26 years old. This is it guys. Holy crap.
1. Buy this damn cap and wear it every two days for 25 minutes as instructed – it works. No they didn't pay me to say this.
2. Take 1mg of Finasteride per day
3. Use Nizoral shampoo once every 3 days - leave shampoo in for 4-5 minutes
4. Use OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Shampoo on the other days, leave in for 4-5 minutes
5. Take one Biotin supplement – 10000 mcg per day
6. Don't eat like you hate yourself. Drink lots of water.
That's it. No, you don't need Rogaine. It may help to do that too, but keep in mind – you don't want to over stimulate your scalp. Keeping the scalp healthy will give you results.
