I suffer from lower back pains for years due to my profession, law enforcement. All my equipment's weight is located around my waist putting pressure on my lower back. Also, I'm in the car a majority of my shift and the seats do not have any lumbar support which kills my back. I have had this for a little over a month and after getting this lumbar cushion I noticed a big improvement that my back doesn't ache as much anymore and I don't have to crack it as often. The only downside is, it did flatten some but still supplies some support and fills the void of the car seat's non-lumbar support. I would reccomend this if you spend hours in the car and suffer from lower back pain.

I have back pain on and off and in different places in my lower back. I'm too old to do the things I used to do 20-30 years ago, but I do those things anyway. I'm not sure what I did to my back several weeks ago, but my pain has been ever-present for around 10 weeks. I have an inversion table that typically does the trick, but not this time. I was out of options and ideas, then I saw this. I've been using the lumbar support pillow for about 4 days now. The pain in my back has diminished substantially. The front casters of my office chair will fall off the front edge of my chair mat if I move too far forward. Using this lumbar support, that's actually good as it locks my chair in place allowing for more pressure against my lower back with the lumbar support pillow. I highly recommend this product.

I just received this product and it is a perfect solution to my once uncomfortable seat in my car. This cushion has awesome support and added lots of comfort. Not sure why some reviewers said the strap was short. It is not! It is fully adjustable and is also elastic to give any user more than enough length for the proper fit.
