The internal USB hub was not working correctly in the first one I received. Every time the laptop went to sleep or was started up from cold the USB hub would not appear until I turned the monitor off, unplugged and reconnected the USB cable then turned the monitor back on. Simply turning it off or reconnecting the USB alone would not bring it back. I requested an exchange which was received 2 days later, before I had to return the one I had.
The new one was flawless out of the box. The hub stays connected through sleep/wake and PC reboots. The display is bright and colors are good. The viewing angles are what you would expect from a TN panel but I sit directly in front so no problem there.
I just took 3 stars away from my original review. I'm returning this one for refund. Photos uploaded. Video does not always sync correctly when computer starts or wakes from sleep. Icons on task bar are distorted and text hard to read. I'm using the HDMI 2 input 3840x2160 60Hz. Plus, although the USB hub on this one works most of the time, unlike the first one that quit every time the computer slept and woke; this one occasionally quits. Samsung must have a quality problem.
