5.0 out of 5 stars Made in Taiwan
Reviewed in the United States on 11 September 2018
I purchased the SanDisk Extreme Pro 32GB. This card was labelled as "Made in Taiwan". There were mentions on the internet that SanDisk only make their cards in China. I called Sandisk support to verify. They said they do make some of their cards in Taiwan. After providing them with detailed pictured of the card, they confirm that it is genuine.

On Linux, with f3, confirmed that the size is 29.71GB with average writing speed of 78 MB/s and reading speed of 89.18 MB/s

1.0 out of 5 stars SanDisk's Defective MicroSD Card Destroyed My Mac Mini's SD Card Slot While Melting
Reviewed in the United States on 3 November 2018
If you like the toxic smell of burnt cabbage and having a little bit of nausea, then go for it. But if you want a quality product avoid SanDisk microSD cards like if they were the plague.

Not only that, they also have a horrendous customer service that will make up just about any excuse to avoid assuming responsibility for their faulty/defective products. Hence their warranty system being extremely deceitful.

They tried bribing me with an outdated 128GB microSD card, but what I really want is for them to pay for the collateral damaged caused by their defective product. I will gladly even send them their outdated 128GB card back if they offer to pay the cost of having my Mac Mini fixed.

I honestly would never ever use a SanDisk microSD card even if it was free.

**REVIEW UPDATE:

The SanDisk Global Customer Care Support got in contact with me and figured out a solution.
