FAQ: Despite of the light lights up, why does mist not produce？

Due to the air nozzle is very thin,it disperse oil into tiny particles and waft them far,it could be blocked by thick oils or dust. At the first time, pls fill some alcohols in the bottle and switch on the machine to clean the nozzle. If the nozzle has been hindered, pls follow same treatment to clean nozzle.If it still dosn't work, pls contact aftersale team. We will replace a new nozzle for free.

Why won the diffusers not turn on nor charge ?

When the diffusers stop working at first time or after working for few days? The battery enter into self-protection program due to affected by outter condition or transportation. pls contact aftersale team. We will replace a new one for free.

Note:
* Please use high quality pure botanical essential oils. Thick essential oils such as resin and sandalwood oil are not recommended, in case the nozzle be blocked.
* Please clean the spray nozzle with alcohol as per the manual before you change another type of essential oil, in case the nozzle be blocked.
* Please do not overtum the diffuser or leave the diffuser on its side while there is oil in the bottle. This will make the oil enter the air pump and cause irreparable damage to the diffuser.

Easy to setup 1st time comes with an empty 10ml bottle which I kept it for future use (pour in scent from bigger size bottle). For convenience sake, a basic 10ml essential oil bottle with your favourite scent can fit in nicely. I didn't track the number of hours it operate after a full charge. Only used low intensity.

Till now I have essential oil diffuser which were actually humidifier which used water and oils this one is a very innovative idea. I will start with the pros abd then cons
Pros:
1 small design, fits anywhere. It can be kept in house or in car. Fits any size cup holder.
2. No mess, doesn’t use water so no water mess or mist. Also, no frequent refills of the water container.
3. Uses only oil, so just empty your favorite essential oil or mix and match and refill the bottle.
4. Battery powered. No need to worry about wire clutter. One charge runs it for couple of days
5. Pre programmed. I like this feature the best. There are three settings. High, med and low. High runs for 60 seconds and rests the machine for 120 seconds. Med runs for 30 and rests for 150 seconds and low runs for 15 seconds and rests for 165 seconds. Depending upon the size of the room, you can set the speed.
6. Auto switch off. It turns off automatically after 2 hrs. This is the coolest feature I liked. No over run, no risk of power drain etc.
7. Great customer service. I had to contact customer service to understand the functionality and they are very helpful and responsive.

Cons:
1. Poor instruction manual. Instruction manual lacks the information I explained in pros and I came to know from the customer care only.

Its the best and solid construct product I have used after a long long time. Excellent quality, worth the money, every penny that was paid on it.

This oil diffuser is easy to use and so far I have not had any problems with it. For a small office space, it fills the area nicely and is nice that it can be charged to take in the car or easily placed next to the bed.
It does make a hum when it comes on for the cycle. You don't see a lot of oil mist output.
I would love it if it could handle 15 ml bottles or would come with 5 extra bottles as most of my oils are in 15 ml bottles and the ones I mix myself are also in 15ml bottles or larger that I purchased in bulk for mixing. I like to be able to change them frequently and having them in bottles ready to go. That would be nice. I clean the one that came with it in alcohol and wipe the nozzle with alcohol and that seems to stop too much scent crossover.
I would recommend this diffuser for personal use and like that it is shaped to fit in the cup holder of the car.

This thing works just as you'd expect based on the description. Here are some aspects of it that I've noticed and experienced. I hoe this information is helpful!

- the rechargeable battery will last through nearly any car ride, and likely the return trip, on one charge. There are no issues with how well the battery and device perform.
- the device has one timeout duration so it will turn off on its own after about 15 minutes (?), if you use this as you run to the grocery, and will be in there searching for things like me (because my wife is amazing and normally shops for groceries), when you return to your car, get ready for a super blast of intense essential oils because, unless you turned it off, the device ran while you were in the store. This is not a problem if the oils in the device are your favorite but the odor can quickly overpower a car interior because the interior is quite small.
- the portability of this thing is awesome!
- not needing water to run is awesome!
- quickly changing bottles is simple.
- one 10ml bottle will last a very long time.
- the device makes very minimal noise while running.
- oils are jetted into the air but will fall back onto the top of the device, which is mirrored, and will make it look very dirty. This is not a practical problem, but instead it is a style problem, which means it isn't a problem if you don't care that the mirrored finish 'looks' like someone spilled oil on it. A quick and simple wipe will both clean it off and make your tissue or handkerchief smell pretty great.
- I'm unsure what is involved with the production of this device but it does seem expensive to me, although I do not feel like I was taken advantage of... I love the device!
- the portability of it is really my favorite thing. I can take it anywhere and with the three power levels, I can use it in any setting without bothering people around me.

I think this is it... I'd buy it as a gift for someone although it feels pricey because, as an essential oil aficionado, I can certainly appreciate the value of experiencing oils and having the most portable method of using the oils in an atomized fashion.

I couldn’t be happier with my Scentcares Car Diffuser! I bought it because I take regular, long (7+ hours) car trips to help my daughter during this pandemic, and wanted to enjoy the therapeutic effects of aromatherapy while making the trek. My diffuser arrived the day before a trip and, thanks to easy instructions and quick charging, it was in the car, seamlessly set up in the cup holder, diffusing calming lavender into the air. When I arrived at my daughter’s, it went from the car to the outdoor dining table, enhancing the ambience and keeping the bugs away (changed out the 10ml lavender bottle for a different blend that safely repels bugs) for hours — all on the same charge from the day before! I really like that it intermittently diffuses the oil at one of three different settings of your choosing.

It's so quiet, I had to keep checking if it was even on. Aside from being able to see the vapor coming out, you would never know it was on because it's so whisper quiet!

The item is adorable in person. Very powerful when used in small spaces like the car, but I've also tried it outside to help deter mosquitoes (because they love me), and you definitely can smell the essential oils diffusing. I think I need to work on my natural oils mosquito repellent concoction, but I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the potency of the oils. All-in-all, the price is great for the item. I love that I can pop in a new bottle without worrying about cleaning out a whole reservoir like my other nebulizing diffuser.

P.s. Customer service is very helpful and prides themselves on making sure their customers are happy, which also HUGE for me as a consumer.
