Great deodorant, best scent (and why)

I love this deodorant! Some things to note- I am quite smell-sensitive, and am picky about my personal scents.
I also have overactive adrenal glands(I sweat a lot) after some head/brain injuries, and BEFORE finding Secret Clinical Strength Line of Soft Solids, I had felt like I was always wanting/needing to reapply deodorant midday. (I have tried the “Clinical” lines of Dove, Mitchum, Degree, etc. and none was as good as Secret overall, with scent, comfort, and efficacy.)
I only use this brand/line now, and I’ve used many of the different scents- THIS stress response citrus is my absolute fave!
The scent is light and fresh, not overpowering but enough to help a lady not smell like body odor-armpit sweat, even after a good workout! I work out at least 3 times a week, and after a shower I don’t feel like I have to reapply deodorant with this line (I use 1 to 2 clicks on clean underarms, & I’m good to go). This soft solid is also moisturizing, and soothing after I shave my underarms.
I’d totally recommend this product, it’s my go-to antiperspirant and deodorant!
*This is all my own opinion and I was NOT given any free or discounted stuff to write a review. I rely a lot on detailed reviews for products I buy, so I’m just trying to return the favor!

I have been using this product for a few years now. I’ve always purchased it at my local store but decided to try ordering it through Amazon instead.

My order came today and I only received 1 stick of deodorant. I paid for 3 and the listing indicates a pack of three. The box that the one stick of deodorant came in was very beat up and appeared to have been opened. Looking at reviews, it seems others have experienced this issue, too.

Unless this is corrected, I will not purchase this product through Amazon again and would encourage buyers to use caution when considering placing an order through this listing.

I use this brand of clinical deodorant b/c I have to as non-clinical deodorant isn't effective for me. This is a great price for a 3 pack. In the stores, Wal-Mart even, 1, 1.6oz is at least $7.92 or online $6.78.

I gave this 4 stars vs 5 stars b/c this particular scent is NOT effective for me, however, my sister was able to use the product. This product is just as authentic as the store-bought version; it shipped in great timing and it was sealed properly in each box and came packed in plastic inside of the shipping box.

I won't order this again only b/c I can't use it, however, if this seller offered a different scent (light and fresh or completely clean) in soft solid or clear gel at the same price then I'd definitely purchase. I generally purchase a years supply from eBay if I can find it at the time. With my activity level, I usually go through at least 2 boxes of the 1.6 oz/month.

I've been using this brand and strength for at least 2 years if not longer. It's effective long-term and holds up in the summer and heat and sweaty conditions. I don't have to worry about reapplying throughout the day b/c of failure. I generally use 2 clicks.

Helpful information: This deodorant has a tendency to make my underarms itch and it can be hard to wash off simply using antibacterial soap. So, at least 1x/week I mix baking soda, melted coconut or olive oil, and lemon juice into a pasty mixture and exfoliate the area. This gets deep into the pores and works to stop the itch and unclog the area. I especially like to do this prior to shaving and afterward I DON'T put the deodorant on until the next morning.

Effective even when I can't shower for 2-3 days, such as after my surgeries when I was in a neck brace and using a walker. After washing with my warm water bidet and feminine soap; using wet, antibac, bed bath cloths from CVS; and using rinseless body wash & perineal & shampoo cleansing sprays, I use this antiperspirant all over - underarms, groin, under and btwn boobs, back of neck, around sides of neck in the crease that's there when you raise your arms, medial thighs, back of knees, everywhere a woman might perspire during hot flashes. A really great product for all these uses. Light, fresh scent, nonsticky, dries nicely, doesn't seem to flake off at all, seems to absorb. Need I say more? :-)
