I bought a Sun's Tea tumbler in July 2012 and after the first washing the bottom glass split away in a perfect circle. As I remember it, they sent me a replacement that was missing the seal in the lid, which they again replaced. Finally, I was happy with the product, and I handwashed it to ensure it wouldn't break again. In December 2012 I bought a second one of these tumblers as a backup since I use it a lot. Just this last week I had left my tumbler somewhere, so I finally got out my trusty replacement from its packaging. First, the filter just flops out and doesn't snap in place like it should, and then after one hand washing, I just tried to make tea in it again, and the glass on the bottom is cracked. Nothing was done to it to cause this to happen. I'd say after FOUR problems with two orders, that is unacceptable.
UPDATE July 30, 2015: Although my replacement tumbler was in storage and unused longer than the standard guarantee period, when I finally used it and it cracked the company did send me another replacement. I have increased my rating because this company does seem to make an effort to correct problems in a timely way even if there are some quality issues. Another observation is that from what I have seen you have to pay a decent amount more money to get a tumbler with tea strainer of much better quality.
