there are stainless steel so are heavy. I have only used for cold water and they held that temperature for a good six hours. Expensive, but they work as promised.

Does a great job keeping things cool, I really like the nozzle/straw cap. It's pretty heavy and durable, I'va dropped it once pretty hard and see no damage. Love the blue colour too, great design.
