This is a such a great serum that works that much better than the rest of them. I have repeatedly purchased this product. It is comparable to the C E Ferulic, Vitamin C Serum, by SkinCeuticals. The Skincueticals serum costs well over $100. This serum is basically the same thing for tons less money. I am skincare obsessed and have tried out many different 'potions' as my husband calls these serums and creams. And, I find that each one I've tried gives me some sort of result usually even if it's just simply moisturizing my skin. But, if I had to pick a top 5 serums that promote the best results, this Vitamin C Plus E, Ferulic by Timeless Skincare would definitely be in there. This will help and has helped me to slough old skin cells to make brighter skin appear. It also helps to keep acne away and has lightened some of the dark spots or freckles from the sun on my face. My skin looks smoother overall. I've spent alot of time in the sun during my whole life, always living in the south, and now in Florida. Any younger people reading this in your teens and twenties you must take care of your skin now if you want to avoid wrinkles and sunspots as much as possible when you get older. I started using sunscreen religiously in my 30's but because I did not before then, I'm paying the price now. But, whatever your age, if you already have signs of aging from the sun like wrinkles and sunspots, this serum and the ingredients in it are some of the best to combat those issues. Serums can only do so much but if you do nothing you will get nothing. So, this serum and sunscreen together is your best bet. 1. Donell AHA 20 Face and Body Care, (strong for the face, has 20% Glycolic Acid, but excellent cream/serum)
2. Alpha Skin Care Enhanced Renewal Cream with 12% Glycolic AHA, fragrance-free and paraben-free, 2 oz. (Reviewed this one here on Amazon as well, has a lower concentration of Glycolic at 12% but still a great product)
3. Reviva Labs Brown Spot Night Cream with Kojic Acid -- 1 oz
4. Hyularonic Acid, (I use many different brands, just make sure it's mainly Hyaluronic acid and shows that as one of the first ingredients)
Retin A is another favorite that is proven to work for wrinkles, spots, evening out skin texture, etc. But, it requires a prescription and caution with use.
