Women's Terry Shawl Robes are made of 100% absorbent cotton. These terry cloth bathrobes are absorbent, durable and soft. Features shawl collar, belt and two front pockets.

Washing Instructions:
- Machine washable, wash in warm water. Tumble dry low heat.

Care Instructions:
- Wash bathrobe separately from clothing.
- Take off the belt from bathrobe before you wash it.
- Avoid contact with skin care products. Some skin care products may stain your bathrobe.
- Adding 1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar to the rinse water will remove any detergent build-up and the lint.
- Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners and dryer sheets. Bleach breaks down the cotton fibers. Softeners reduce absorbency.
- If you see a pulled loop on your bathrobe, please cut the pulled loop with a pair of scissors. This will not damage the item.

Lost my wife to this bathrobe

I got this for my wife, and she now lives in the damn thing. She finds it so comfortable that I cannot remove her from this garment. I don't know when she will come out. Please send help.

I am tempted to buy one for myself. She encourages me to do so on a daily basis. I haven't thus far, but I don't know how long I can hold out for.

What I liked most about this was the color and the weight.I purchased a large although I am medium giving me that difference in any case it may be to snug and/ or after washing it may shrink up. I have not washed it as of yet, as its getting much warmer here now and i haven't worn it. But I did try it on to get the feel. This is a heavier made, not flimsy robe. I didn't just want a robe to go from bath to bedtime, I also wanted a warm, toasty, comfortable robe while relaxing in the evening during colder evenings. This was a great choice. I am happy with it. Unlike the robes I see in stores, this one is going to last me a very, very long time. I usually give great reviews on Amazon because I am not an impulse shopper. I checks reviews, product descriptions in detail, ask questions, look for comparisons elsewhere, yes its tedious, but so would buying a product you want and need and having to return it only to begin another new exhausting search elsewhere. If your looking for a durable, heavier made, comfortable, not scratchy material to keep you warm in addition to having a general cover up after bath and between. This is a great deal. Many colors. I chose the lead color. May purchase another color as well to alternate.

We were looking for a well constructed, quality bathrobe for general purpose use that could be worn to absorb water after a shower and would also keep away the chill when the temperatures drop. This robe is exactly what we wanted. Some questions we had before purchase: (1) What is the difference between this jasmine collection robe and the less expensive magnolia collection robe ( see link) sold by the same manufacturer through Amazon?

We were told by Amazon customer service that the Jasmne collection was the luxury collection (whatever that means). We also inferred without verification that the Magnolia product was a lighter more summer weight and not as heavy weight as the Jasmine collection robe we bought. Thread count or other similar information of fabric weight provided by Amazon for both robes would have been useful so we could tell more easily how both robes compared and see what more we were getting for the higher cost of the Jasmine collection robe.
The second question concerns size. (2) What size should we buy? My wife is approximately 5 feet six inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. The extra small size fits her as follows: The robe length falls to around mid-calf. The sleeve length goes to around 1 inch below her wrist which is not a problem since sleeves can be easily rolled up for those who want a shorter length. In sum, her extra small robe size fits fine for her build. To date, she has encountered no problems and enthusiastically recommends this robe.
