Requires more than 1 litre of cooking oil to meet its 'minimum line'. I tried using less without problem.
Operating it is very easy. Washing the removal bowl is also very easy. But washing the removal lid is more difficult as you need to remove the screws to open the aluminum parts for more throughout washing.
