I’ve used this scrub for years but this is the first time I’ve tried this scent. It isn’t really “vanilla bean” scented, to me it smells more like sandalwood. It’s nice and I like it, but if you’re expecting a sweet vanilla buttercream smell, this isn’t it.

I've been using Tree Hut shea butter for years and am not surprised at the excellent quality of their sugar scrub! It smells great, like all other Tree Hut products I've tried. They managed to make the consistency of the sugar scrub such that you can actually grasp a handful in order to exfoliate properly rather than having a sugar/oil mixture run through your hands and down the drain. I'm able to use 30% or less product to achieve a better skin feel than with other sugar scrubs (ahem, Bath & Body Works anyone). Because it's not just sugar dumped in scented oil, it doesn't leave a greasy sheen, and they somehow make it so that the sugar exfoliates and dissolves rather than leaving a sticky oily residue. My skin is smooth and soft. Feels like I've been to the spa 💆. Looking forward to trying other flavors!

I find the smell to be awful. To me it smells like a strong musk perfume mixed with shaving cream. I cannot detect any vanilla scent, which is what I was looking for. I should have read the description better.

I'm excited to try every single one of these scrubs. They leave your skin soft and slightly moisturized. Not overly greasy like some body scrubs I've tried in the past. You're also getting a good amount, 18oz for your money spend. Some companies I have only gotten about 10oz. Love love love these body scrubs!
