Hi,i've received this gaming headphone TURTLE BEACH STEALTH 600 GEN 2 WHICH IS BRAND NEW which i purchased tru Amazon us 2 days ago..I'm very excited at first but my happines turn to sadness and dissappointment as the headphone set could not be charge.I hope i or Amazon could give a direct advice regarding this issue .Thank you

Cant believe i was given a defective product. Had it arrive and worked wonderfully. Was fully happy with my purchase. For a few days everything was great with this headset. The sound quality, how comfortable they were for me. Then one day i went to use them and they wouldnt turn on. Strange i thought, they probably died at some point so I decided to try to charge it but then i noticed that the LED wouldnt even turn red to indicate that it was charging. Turned out that the headset is defective and nothing i would do that I read online would work to fix this problem. I would have given it a great review had it not lasted me literally less then a week.

Great sound, but missing features included in the Gen 1 version...
No noise canceling.
No independent volume control for chat.
No charging while in use(turns off when plugged into power)

It does, however, work with by phone.(the Gen 1 did not)

Love turtle beach & the sound is amazing!! I am giving it 3 stars due to the transmitter being very weak & I can’t even walk into another room without if disconnecting! Other headsets don’t do this, hopefully TB can fix this with a firmware update, if not, might return

All in all it is a good piece of hardware. I upgraded from the Stealth 600 to the 700.
But it does have some cons. 1. I dislike how the speakers in the headset have no covering they are just open for dust or debree to hit it. 2. It came very tightly warm when I put it on, granted I just have to break it in, but a item this costly should be comfortable to wear.
Also I dislike how I had to download an app on my phone to get into the features to set them up, it was simple but access should of been built into the headset.
Over all the sound quality is very good, much better then the 600, good quality sound in all my games both PC and PS4, it is very durable.
It also has good sound on discord.
Voices are very crisp and clear.
I have had no technical issues with it at all.
It was easy plug and play, my computer and PS4 recognized with no issues, bluetooth found it as well no problems.
