This rack fits my 12qt container perfectly. Since buying a Sous vide, I have been using it for many things and clipping my food to the side of the container. This rack allows water to circulate better around the food, eliminating the need for me to move and rotate things to achieve uniform cooking. It is easy to use and you can change the spacing between the dividers to accommodate all different sizes of food. I’m glad I bought this, it makes my life much easier.

I'm a big fan of sous vide cooking and this product solved the annoyance I faced previously: once you start cooking, bags with food would start floating in sous vide bath or stick together, therefore preventing proper circulation of water. Not anymore! I can configure this rack to fit exact # of bags I'm cooking and fix them in place to prevent floating. I only wish this rack would be bigger - it is much smaller then my sous vide bath.

Very happy with this. We used last weekend and plan to use again tomorrow. We made sure our silcon bags fit before we used it. I was happy to not have to use weights anymore. I was able to clip bag to rack and use the bar on the rack to hold bag under water.
