This review is for the clear glass bottle with wooden caps. Upon opening, I was so excited! It's small, dainty, and I love the prism-like shape of the vial. But because it's small, I was skeptical of its ability to diffuse a scent. Once I turned it over and let some eucalyptus oil saturate the tip of the wood cap, my boyfriend's car was transformed. Mind you, he's a smoker so I thought it would be really hard to mask that smell, but this definitely did the job. Glad I chose this over one of those vapor diffusers that you have to keep in the cup-holder. My only issue is the logo is right on the wooden cap, but that's just me being nitpicky about aesthetics.

This is the second time I have bought this air freshener. It is adorable and I love it, but the wooden part on the top cracked right away. I was going to return it but I missed the deadline, so I just bought another one because it is cute. The same day I bought it, the top cracked. And I am not tightening it too tight or anything.

I used the flat topped cap with the vent clip. It was hard to get the cap screwed on, and hard to tell when it was secure, so I apparently over-tightened it, and the wood of the cap split. You have to tip the bottle upside down and let the oil you're using saturate the wood cap. I didn't want to do that without the lid being on properly, but now that it's split, I definitely won't be doing that. Not sure I wanted to have to keep doing that repeatedly anyway. It could be done while still clipped to the vent, but would be awkward, but I didn't want to have to keep taking it off and putting it back on the vent either.

This is perfect! Just got it today and put some lavender oil in it. It doesn’t come with essential oils so you’ll have to buy them separately. The vent holder even fits my 2010 prius wide vents! Just put the oil in, put one of the wooden lids on and turn it upside down for a second. The oil soaks into the wooden cap and made my whole car smell wonderful!
