I've only used this once, I bought an all metal hose sprayer from Amazon one day and it leaked upon arrival, instead of returning it i bought this stuff. I twisted it up and wrapped it into the thread gaps and then went around the whole thing with the tape flat because i learned it in a YouTube video how to properly use plumber tape. It hasn't leaked since then.

I don't know if men really care about what brand of tape they use, but I've found out all tape is not all created equal! Being a single mom I ended up doing the jobs that usually are done by “ the man of the house” and worked as a stage hand for many years..I would buy tape based on how many rolls and what's the price and I ended up with some really crappy product. There is a difference and this brand is a good deal, it definitely is a better quality compared others you use less, it's stronger, stays where u put it. It may be a small part of the job u need it for but trial and error teaches u what works best and does a better job. So yep the small details matter and when u use this brand for whatever u do it's just better.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink that I tried multiple things to fix. Nothing worked. Was going to replace the pipe before trying this tape. Wrapped the whole pipe and it has not leaked since. Couldn’t believe it. Was so impressed brought a second set of tape and wrapped a leaking downspout and it also stopped that leak. This tape is amazing. Try it!
