Disappointing for a VTech product

I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I often buy VTech products for my grandchildren and this is the first time I have not been happy with the toy. The elevator that takes the car up to the right ramp 1)does not work smoothly and 2)does not line-up well with the ramp. The bell at the the top front is a joke. It doesn’t sound like a bell. One thing good about the toy is Mickey in the car - cute, and works well with sound (music and songs). If I had bought this at a local store, I would disassemble and return. Not worth the hassle to repackage and send back.

This toy would be super fun.....if it were made well. It's just not. The "elevator" portion is designed so poorly that if you use the "elevator" the ramp falls off. Even if you don't use the elevator the ramp constantly falls off. The pieces just won't stay snapped together and my toddler is CONSTANTLY crying because it "bwoke". I spend half my day putting this thing back together if I let him get it out. When it's all together, he loves it and will play nicely with it but it only stays together for less than 5 minutes. All the snaps are super cheaply built and fall apart, the design just doesn't make sense in several parts, almost like it was designed to constantly break. Such a great idea but so poorly executed. I wish i'd never bought this thing. It has caused sooo much stress in our house because no matter where I hide it, he finds it and then it's hours of me fixing it and him crying because it fell apart while he was trying to play. I can't recommend this toy at all.

My daughter played with this for a little bit when she first got it, however she really doesn’t play with the fire station much anymore. She does like playing with the Mickey fire truck though! There is no volume control to my knowledge, but it’s not super annoying. Mickey sings and says some phrases about his fire truck and saving kittens in trees lol.

I will say, the fire station Is always falling apart. I’m constantly having to put pieces back on but maybe my child is just destructive haha. It was a breeze to put together though! I definitely think we will be buying more of the character cars!

Bought this for my 18 month old. Its a very cute design but poorly made. It is flimsy and very easy to take apart. My 18 month old has dismantled and taken pieces off of it. I literally can't keep the pieces on it. And don't even try to move it without pieces falling off of it. The ramps constantly fall off and don't attach very well. Its very cute just wish it was made better.
