The zwift app for both iPhone and Windows 10 sees the sensor during setup but than does not work. Zwift tech support is pretty much useless - they will reply quickly with canned links or completely off topic answers.
The Wahoo app is not even close to the quality for riding as Zwift - but will try the sensor there. Will update my rating later if the sensor works.
It seems like there is a bug in the firmware where you connect but then auto disconnect when you go to workouts.
I am surprised this company could release such a buggy product.
Update 9/24/2019. I replaced the battery and now it works fine. But it is not a 5 star product. Difficult to open and speed tends to jump around alot when cycling.
