I added this to my brushing routine and one in my work bag. I did notice the difference in cleaning my brackets. However, I would not recommend this as the only brush to use for braces. I start with this brush, and use two attachments for additional brushing on my electric toothbrush. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will be buying a new set when the times comes.

I used one of those electronic Oral-B toothbrushes because I thought it would help with the heavy staining on my teeth. It was not very helpful reaching everywhere. My teeth are small--and with braces, it's harder for regular toothbrushes to reach certain crevices. My staining is entirely due to coffee consumption-- I drink it black and had no intention of giving it up even to my orthodontist and dentist's dismay.

I got these toothbrushes on a whim and didn't think it would help. But after a few months of usage, I noticed that certain parts of my teeth that were prone to bad staining weren't staining as bad.
