To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I've ordered this part because the one I got with my robovac broke. This piece of the robovac easily breaks when things get stuck in the roller. The rubber flap tears off. So its important to make sure there is nothing on the floor. But in my house its almost impossible to get everything off the floor daily with 4 kids. It will really be awesome if this part can be more durable. I replaced it 2 months ago and now after 2 months again its showing signs of tearing. Update: Eufy company contacted me after I posted this review and offered me 2 new brushguards. I'm so happy to say they have great customer service by contacting me out of their own. Just hope they can fix this problem with the brunch guards. Thanks Euvy! I have pushed up the rating too. Now I give you 4 stars instead of 3 and will update when I have received the brushguards.
The worst piece of Eufy vacuums. I go through one of these every 2-3 weeks. I contacted Eufy support about it and was told they are a “consumable part”. Had I known that I had to spend 10 bucks every 2-3 weeks I would have never bought the Eufy vacuum. The rubber piece tears very easily.
I agree with some other reviewers. This piece should last longer than it does. The little rubber piece tears away after about 1-2 months and after that happens there vacuum doesn't hardly work. It will cruise right over crap in the kitchen without picking it up.
What I really want to see is a 10 pack of those rubber pieces (for about $10) that I can install into my brush guard. The blue plastic is fine.
This part is obviously designed to fail. I have to replace it at least once a month on my 11S. Eufy could easily update the brush guard to make it less fragile, but they don't. Ultimately it will encourage me to try another brand. Eufy: please stop blah blah and emails, focus on making better parts.
