The RoboVac does a great job cleaning. It's able to climb a high-pile carpet most of the time (has trouble some others depending on how the pile lays). Only issue I really see is it has trouble finding its way home if it isn't close to the base when it finishes.
ETA: after submitting my review, Anker contacted me and offered a free additional charging base to alleviate the returning home issues. In addition, they offered an additional product of my choosing of $30 or less. This is how you do customer service and why I'm a loyal Anker/Eufy customer.
Previous Eufy owner. Love the Echo connected capability & suitable mobile app. This unit is shorter in height with 25% more suction, which is great, but the suction comes at a price. Battery run-time is 45 mins on max-suction. With that said, have literally stopped manually vacuuming, it works that good. Has exceeded expectations. Also, ran into an issue with one of the two units I purchased. In short order Eufy-Support sent me a new unit and return shipping for the other unit. Their response was fast, well communicated & decisive. Excellent customer support. As I say in the title, a great product (that performs as good as the competition for half the price) and great customer service!
I have a toddler and a cocker spaniel and as she learns to crawl, keeping her from being covered in fur is almost a full time job. I bought this after much research and reading others feedback, this product does not disappoint! Much cheeper than a Roomba and very, very good. When our robot passes, there isn't a piece of fur on the floor. Of course, it can't to corners very well but it passes around her toys and over her playmat effortlessly. It gets under the sofa and does our entire first floor (approx 800 sq ft) well. For the price, this doesn't disappoint and much cheaper than Roomba. The price is comparable to the Roomba 680 but performance is like the 980. In the picture, it only ran for about 15mins and it took up so much. I doubt you'll be disappointed with it. Such a time saver!! Battery life is decent. Our home is 1600sqft and is able to clean through. The unit isn't overly noisy but it seems to get louder with wear. I found it almost unnoticeable when we got it and how you can hear it working. You're still able to watch tv comfortably though.

I am extremely picky about everything and even more so about cleaning my house. I bought an iRoboto/Roomba when it first came out way back in 2002 and it was a piece of junk.
Well, we have come a long way, baby!
I had been hearing that the tech on these robovacs had improved since then and I saw one in action at a relative's house, so I decided to give the robovac thing another try. I bought and returned all of the highly rated robovacs, Roomba, Ecovacs, etc., and this machine was the best at just plain cleaning. Not only does it do a great job on bare floors but it's also astonishingly good on carpet (medium pile). Before this machine I was vacumming once a day or once every other day. Now I am vacuuming once or twice a month. I have a house and a very hairy border collie and this machine can handle both well. It's also very quiet compared to the other robovacs I tested.
All of this said, it has some flaws:
1. The battery doesn't last long. I haven't timed it but the machine doesn't last even an hour on one charge. I do not have a huge house so it cleans my house just fine in that time. If you have a larger house that may be a problem for you.
2. The machine never goes back to its charging base on its own (it's supposed to). It just goes under some sofa somewhere and dies and I have to grab it and put it on the charger.
3. It doesn't clean corners very well. I have to vacuum that crud up myself.
Other than those three flaws, I would say that this machine is well worth the price and one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon!
Overall, I'm extremely impressed with this vacuum! I was hesitant purchasing it (due to the amount of options and features available in the market) but I'm so glad I did. We have two large, German Shepherd mixed dogs and this tiny vacuum does wonders on both our hardwood and carpeted floors, transitioning almost seamlessly from level to level. I'm able to schedule it's run time via the user friendly app, as well as program the cleaning cycle (whether it be auto, edging, 30-min quick clean, etc). We run it nearly every night on the full-powered "auto" cycle and I'm amazed at the dog hair it picks up. There's something so rewarding about waking up to fresh vacuum marks! It's done really well around edges and transitioning onto rugs, too. However, the first time running it was like baby-proofing; lift up curtains that hang on the ground, remove rugs that don't have a non-slip backing from the hardwood, etc. This has by far been the best bang-for-you-buck vacuum I've purchased. Highly recommend!
My wife was amazed at the amount of dirt Eufy picked up on its first pass and then again on the second pass. A very quiet machine. I got what I paid for meaning since no mapping on machine the patterns are random and Eufy does some areas multiple times and had to be guided into a room it missed. It had some trouble finding home quickly, it drove right by the room the base was set up in, I thought it should have picked up the signal and navigated itself into the room. It did eventually get there on its own. We have relocated the base to a more accessible area and today it found it right away. Only had it a few days now and it seems to have gotten a little bit more intelligent about our layout. The magnetic boundary strips work beautifully but I would like to see them have self adhesive strips attached to the whole length of the strip rather than using the supplied individual small strips. All in all we are quite happy with Eufy.
I never know my floor is this dirty until I use it. It can run up to 90 minutes after fully charged(In hyper mode only 40 minutes). For my room, it can collect that much of dust after each run(shown in the picture). One thing I really like about is you can use their app to control it from every where, even away from your home. You can schedule cleaning base on day and time. For me I schedule it to run whenever I'm not at home. It's nearly hands free cleaning services.
Two things need to be aware of: 1)Stay away from a lot of cables 2)Do not use hyper mode unless it is necessary. Its battery won't last for a long time under hyper mode, and since it's basically patrolling randomly in your room, without enough time, it won't able to cover every corner.

Does what it suppose to do and performs well!

A great buy, the 30c is quiet, slim enough to fit under all of tables, great suction power, integration with Alexa.
We use it daily almost, I have it set on schedule (m, w, f) for the bedrooms upstairs so it autocleans everywhere. On the other days I'll just bring it downstairs and have it run around until the battery is done.
It's amazing how much it picks up, and we used to vacuum almost daily with a big upright before, and haven't needed to after we got the Eufy.
After eufy is done, we set a mopping robot(iRobot Brava 380t) for the hardwood and tile to give those a nice wet wipe.
