Steam tofu with minced pork

Ingredients:

  • Meat Affair Pork Minced - 150g
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Silken Tofu – 1 Packet
  • Corn Flour – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sesame Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Cooking Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Oyster Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Light Soy Sauce – ½ Tablespoon
  • Dark Soy Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Spring Onion for Garnish

Directions:

  1. Cut tofu into desired size and steam for 10 minutes. Pour away excess water and set aside.

  2. Chop 3 cloves of garlic and stir fry in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil until fragrant.

  3. In the same pan, add in 150g of minced pork and stir fry until it is cooked.

  4. Add in water, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce and oyster sauce. Simmer it for 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Add in spring onion, seasame oil, salt and sugar to taste and pour it over the tofu.
