Ingredients:

  • 40 ml. Matusalem Solera 23

  • 45 mL Rémy Martin VSOP

  • 30 mL fresh lime juice

  • 20 mL simple syrup

  • 25 mL sparkling water

  • 10 mint leaves

Directions:

Discover a fresh, French twist on a classic and legendary Cuban libation.

  1. In a shaker, add ice, then all other ingredients, and shake for 10 seconds.

  2. Pour, unstrained, into a Collins glass.

  3. Before adding the mint, press the leaves by hand to release the aromas and essential oils within.
