Pan- fried cod fish with tomato sauce

  • 120g Cucumber
  • 400g Cod Fish Fillet
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 50g Potato Starch (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil (for pan-frying)

  • 40g MAGGI® Tomato Sauce (Less Salt)
  • 1 tsp MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock (Healthier Choice, Less Salt)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100ml Water

  • 100g Pineapple Cubes
  • 60g Tomato Cubes
  • 100g Onion Cubes
  • 1 stalk Spring Onion (cut into section)
  • 1 tbsp Chilli (shredded)

  1. Season Cod Fish Fillet with Pepper Powder for 20 minutes. Dust with Potato Starch.

  2. Add Oil in non-stick frying pan. Pan-fried Cod fish till both sided brown, dish up for use.

  3. Bring MAGGI® Tomato Sauce (Less Salt), MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock (Healthier Choice, Less Salt), Sugar and water to boil.

  4. When boiled, add in Pineapple Cubes, Tomato Cubes and Onion Cubes, stir well, add in Lemon Juice.

  5. Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with Spring Onion and shredded chilli.
