1 packet of YangYang pork chive or pork cabbage dumplings (20 dumplings per packet)
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp black vinegar
2-3 tbsp store-bought chili oil
1 tsp sesame oil
spring onions, chopped (optional)
white sesame (optional)
toasted ground peppercorn (flakes) (optional)
minced ginger (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the spicy sauce; mix the soy sauce, black vinegar, chili oil and sesame oil in a bowl.
In your steamboat (or separately in a pot), boil water and add in dumplings. Dumplings are ready in approximately 10 mins (or until they float). Gently take them out of the steamboat or pot.
Place in separate bowl and pour prepared spicy sauce over the dumplings.
Add chopped spring onions and white sesame. Optionally, you can also minced ginger and peppercorn flakes for that extra kick. Mix and serve.
