Dry Rub

Dad's Favourite Homemade Dry Rub

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 months.

  2. To use: rub the dry rub into meat or fish to fully cover or even sprinkle on vegetables before grilling.
