Initial start up was frustrating as a key instruction was missing on picking the Bose from your phone wifi settings to get connected and allow the 300 to connect to wifi. This miss cost me 30 minutes of frustration and research. Finally called the BOSE support line, and pronto everything else has been good. The sound quality is fantastic, the base is brilliant. Voice recognition is still quirky and the Bose music app is good, but could be better. It does allow you to pick from Spotify and Prime Music through the app. Have not tried Alexa yet but again have not really looked as Google was already being used. Great value and sound quality. A definite buy if you enjoy listening to music and are currently using a google home mini or other...
