I recently purchased a vivofit Jr 2 for my kids 9th birthday last week. He was excited to receive the gift but unfortunately the excitement didn't last long as the watch would not pair up with the mobile phone and not display TIME.

I have spent multiple hours across days to pair the watch, have tried all the permutations like reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, wifi and whatever came to my mind but the watch would not pair up. very unhappy with the product would like to return it.
