I am currently on accutane/isotretinoin and this moisturiser is gentle and great for my acne prone skin. I love the ingredients as it is oil and fragrance free. My skin hasn't broken out since using this. Easy to apply and great for the body too! My skin still feels moisturized at the end of the day. However, there is a slightly weird smell after using it, but it doesn't bother me too much.
