Ordered this for my wife. Amazon delivery was great and came the next day. However, the Charge 4 was not working. Heart rate sensor was not working, steps were not being tracked and many other features (such as Screen Wake) were not working either. We basically received an expensive watch. Tried all the troubleshooting solutions with no luck. Called FitBit -- they agreed that nothing was working and asked us to send it back. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the device and still waiting with no news. VERY DISAPPOINTING. 1/10 WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN.

If your FitBit arrives as a watch, send it back to Amazon for a replacement (way faster from what I've read) and don't go through the FitBit route.
