Amazon Singapore COVID-19 Priority Service for the Elderly is a programme launched to support our seniors during this (COVID-19) challenging time. Through this programme, we aim to provide our customers who are 60 years & above with easier access to key grocery essentials and top selling grocery items, and ensure we maintain optimal stock availability for these items.
Customers who are 60 years old & above can enjoy easier access to key grocery essentials and top selling grocery items on Amazon.sg and have them delivered at the convenience of their doorsteps.
You are eligible for the Amazon Singapore COVID-19 Priority Service for the Elderly if you are 60 years old or above.
To participate in the programme:
The programme is available from 1st June 2020 until further notice.
You can shop as many times as required. However, we would recommend consolidating your purchases in as few orders as possible, so that other eligible customers can also benefit from the programme.
You will see the estimated delivery time of the order at checkout. After you place an order, you can also track your package from Your Orders.
You can return most items sold on Amazon.sg within the return window. For more details refer to our help page About Returns and Refunds.
