    With the launch of Amazon.sg, International products have moved from the Prime Now app to Amazon.sg. To shop for International products, visit Amazon International Store on the Amazon.sg website or app.

  2. I had added an International product to my Prime Now cart. Where can I find this item?

    With the launch of Amazon.sg, International products have moved from the Prime Now app to Amazon.sg. To shop for International products, visit Amazon International Store on the Amazon.sg website or app.

  3. How can I track an International order that I placed on the Prime Now app?

    International orders placed on the Prime Now app until 08 October 2019 will be delivered as per the timeline provided in your order confirmation email. You can view your order history, track an order, and initiate a return in accordance with our returns policy from the Your Orders page on the Prime Now app.

    Orders placed on the Prime Now app will not be visible on Amazon.sg, and orders placed on Amazon.sg will not be visible on the Prime Now app.

  4. How can I cancel or return an International order?

    For International orders placed on the Prime Now app, you can view your order history, modify or cancel your order, and initiate a return in accordance with our returns policy from the Your Orders page on the Prime Now app. International orders can be modified or cancelled only before they enter the shipping phase. If your order has already entered the shipping phase, then once it is delivered you can initiate a return.

    Orders placed on the Prime Now app will not be visible on Amazon.sg, and orders placed on Amazon.sg will not be visible on the Prime Now app.

  5. Where can I get help with my International order?

    For help with an order, visit the website or app where your order was placed. For International orders placed on the Prime Now app, view your order history and contact Customer Service through the Prime Now app. For Amazon International Store orders placed on Amazon.sg, view your order history and contact Customer Service through the Amazon.sg website or app.
