The Returns Support Centre allows gift recipients to return items for a refund or replacement if they were marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Alternatively, gift recipients can return their items using gift receipts shared by the gift giver. Refunds are available for items fulfilled by Amazon SG while replacements are only available for items that are both sold and fulfilled by Amazon SG – see Amazon.sg Refunds Policy and About Replacements for more details.

Note: If you are a gift recipient and the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will see a message requesting you to contact Customer Service. Please contact us so we can assist you with the return.
Note: If the return is not the result of an Amazon error or a faulty item, return dispatch costs will be deducted from your refund.
