Track Your Package

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

To track your package:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Go to the order that you want to track.
  3. Click Track Package next to your order. The delivery method and carrier for your package will be given here and in your dispatch confirmation email.

Note:

  • If the order you want to view isn't displayed, change the 'last 6 months' option at the top of the Your Orders screen.
  • If you cannot find any tracking information, please see the Missing Tracking Information section below.
  • Orders for Heavy or Bulky items, products worth more than S$400 or products requiring age verification will require a signature at point of delivery.
  • If your package shows as delivered, but you have not yet received it, see Find a Missing Package for more information.

Missing Tracking Information

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

  • A delay in the updates to the tracking database.
  • Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, are not trackable.
  • Third-party sellers sometimes do not provide Amazon with tracking information for their orders.

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information has not changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.

Contacting Carriers

For orders fulfilled by Amazon, in most cases, up to date tracking information is available within Your Orders. In the event that you wish to contact the carrier delivering your package for additional information, see How to Contact our Carriers.
