Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered

Most packages arrive on time. Occasionally though, the tracking may show as "delivered" when you don't have your package.

Tip: Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location.

Why contact the carrier?

The carrier might have more information about the location of your order, or even a photo of where it has been left.

Make sure you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. To find contact information about your carrier go to Our Carriers section on Track Your Package help page.

If the tracking for your package shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should:

  • Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
  • Look around the delivery location. Your package may have been left with a neighbour.
  • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of the package.

Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.
