Change Your Amazon Prime Membership Renewal Settings

When you sign up for Amazon Prime, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your chosen membership period. You can turn off this automatic renewal at any time.

If you decide against continuing your membership, it's easy to turn off your automatic renewal:

  1. Go to Manage Prime Membership.
  2. Review the renewal date listed on the left-hand side of the page.
    • If you currently have an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do Not Continue.

Note: If you select Do not continue for your free trial, you'll receive benefits until your free trial period ends. Then your membership will end, and your payment card won't be charged.

    • If you currently have a paid Amazon Prime membership, click End Membership. This will stop your Prime membership from automatically renewing at the end of your current 30-day membership period.

Note: Paid members who haven't used their Amazon Prime benefits, will be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Turn off your renewal using the link below the renewal date.

Note: Your membership will expire at the end of the 30-day membership period.

Note: At the end of a free trial period, you'll be automatically converted to a paid monthly membership for S$2.99 a month.

You can also choose to set a renewal reminder by selecting Remind me Later in "Do not continue", which is accessible in Your Account, under "Manage Prime membership". If you choose this option, you will be reminded 3 days beforehand that your Prime membership is due to renew. (This reminder option won't be available if your renewal date is within the next three days.)

If you'd like to turn your automatic renewal back on at any stage, you may do so on the same page by clicking Continue Membership.
