Check the order details in "Your Account" to verify all the items in your order were dispatched.
Items may become unavailable after you checkout. We'll proceed with delivering your order so that you receive the rest of your items on time. You won't be charged for the unavailable item(s). If the item(s) became unavailable before we could deliver it, you'll see a "We're sorry we're unable to fulfill your entire order" message in the Order Details. The unfulfilled item(s) will also appear in your Delivery Confirmation e-mail under a section titled Unavailable Items.
If you were charged for an item that you didn't receive, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund, and the order details show that the item that you didn’t receive was dispatched, please contact us for support.
