Manage Your Backup Payment Methods

Backup payment methods help us deliver your shipments and services on time. If there is a problem with your payment, we will automatically charge a backup card from Your Amazon Wallet for eligible products and services.

To update your backup payment method:

  1. Go to Manage backup payment method settings.
  2. Update the selection button to your preference (enabled / disabled).
  3. Review and update the payment methods on file using the check boxes.
  4. Click Save.

Note: Disabling backup payment methods may cause delays in shipping or services if your payment method fails.
