Remove Third-Party Seller Feedback

Marketplace seller feedback once added cannot be edited. It can only be removed. Once you've removed feedback for a third-party seller, you can't post new feedback for that transaction.

To remove third-party seller feedback:

  1. Go to Your Submitted Feedback and select the Completed Review tab.
  2. Find the order and select Remove.
  3. Select Remove next to the feedback you'd like to remove.
  4. Select a reason for the removal.
  5. Select RemoveFeedback button.

Amazon reserves the right to remove feedback that isn't directly related to the buying experience or violates one of our guidelines. If your comments include any of the following, your feedback is subject to removal:

  • Promotional content: This includes anything of a promotional nature such as comments about or links to other merchants or websites.
  • Obscene or abusive language: Please use helpful and appropriate language when participating in the Amazon Community.
  • Personal information: You shouldn't include information that identifies other Amazon.sg visitors.
  • Pricing: Feedback is regarding price of item or delivery cost.
  • Product reviews: It's more appropriate to review the product on the product detail page.
