Sign for an Order

Some items require an adult signature at delivery due to the value, size, or type of item you've ordered..

Some examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • High value items; products exceeding S$400.
  • Age restricted items, like alcohol or M18 video games, where both signature and ID verification will be required.

If your order requires signature at the time of delivery, you will see this information at checkout and on the order confirmation screen.

If you won't be available to sign for your order:

  • Check if the shipment has entered the shipping process through Your Orders.
    • If the order hasn't entered the shipping process, you can go to Change Your Order Information to select a different shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
    • If the order has shipped, contact Amazon CS to check if the delivery address can be changed.
    • If the order is out on road for delivery, change of address is not possible. Our carrier partner will re attempt the delivery next business day. Please try to have someone available to collect and sign for the package.


  • If you aren't able to arrange a pick-up, you can refuse delivery and contact us.
