About Replacements

You can create a replacement through our Return Support Centre if your replacement meets certain criteria.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, you can request a replacement through our Returns Support Centre, if the item:

  • Was shipped to an address in Singapore,

  • Was sold and fulfilled by Amazon SG,

  • Is still in stock with Amazon SG; and

  • Is exactly the same product that you ordered. For example, variations in size, colour, etc. are excluded and will be treated as separate items that are not allowed for replacement.

If the item is not currently in stock with Amazon SG, you can return the item for a refund.

If your item was delivered over 15 days ago, please contact us.

How long do I have to return my original item?

Please return your original item within 15 days of requesting the replacement to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement item.

Note:

  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once before.

  • You must have a credit card saved on your account to be eligible for free replacement. To add a card to your Amazon.sg account, please follow the instructions on our ‘Add & Manage Payment Methods’ help page.

  • If for any reason your item is not eligible for free replacement, you can always return it for a refund. For more details, please visit our ‘About Returns, Refunds and Replacements’ help page.
