Contact Third-Party Sellers

Third-party sellers handle customer service for orders dispatched directly from them. You can contact a Third-party seller both before and after placing an order.

To contact a third-party seller, do one of the following:

  • Before placing an order: Go to the product listing on Amazon.sg and click the third-party seller's name. Click the Ask a question button.

    Note: Occasionally, the same product will be sold by different sellers. In these cases, click See All Buying Options in the product listing page to see the list of available sellers. Then click the rating of the seller you want to contact to access the seller's At a glance page and select Ask a question.

  • After placing an order: Go to Your Orders, find your order in the list, and click the Contact Seller or Problem with order button. Depending on your issue, we'll help you contact the seller if necessary.

If a dispute arises between you and a third-party seller, and you can't reach an agreement with them, or if the seller has not responded to you within 2 business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee request. For more information, go to About A-to-z Guarantee.
