Most packages arrive on time, but, sometimes, the tracking may show as "delivered" and you don't have your package.
The carrier might have more information about the location of your order or even a photo of where it has been left.
Make sure that you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. To find contact information about your carrier, go to Our Carriers section on Track Your Package help page.
If the tracking for your package shows it as delivered but you have not received it, you should:
