Most packages arrive on time. Occasionally though, the tracking may show as "delivered" when you don't have your package.
Tip: Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. Make sure you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. To find contact information about your carrier go to Our Carriers.
If the tracking for your package shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should:
