Place an Order for Delivery to a Pickup Location

During checkout, you will see the option to search for a Pickup Location if all the items in your shopping cart are eligible for delivery to a Pickup Location.

To place an order for delivery to a Pickup location, please follow the below steps:

  1. Place an eligible item in your shopping cart and click the Proceed to checkout button.
  2. Click Search for a Pickup Location near you when selecting a delivery address.
  3. Search by address, postcode or landmark to find a convenient Pickup Location.
  4. From the search results, you will see the Pickup Locations available. Select a location by clicking Ship to this address next to the location of your choice.

    Note: If you manually enter a Pickup Location address in Your Addresses, our system will not recognise your order and we will not be able to deliver to this location.

  5. Choose your delivery option. For delivery to a Pickup Location, you can select One-Day Delivery or Standard Delivery. Depending on the Pickup Location and its availability, we will display the delivery options that apply to your order.
  6. Enter your complete name (or the complete name of the individual who will be collecting your package) as it appears on a valid government-issued photo identification.

    Note: You will receive a QR code or an OTP via email or SMS to collect your package when it arrives at the Pickup Location. You will be required to present the QR code or OTP received to collect your package from the pickup location. You can also access this QR code or the OTP by clicking the Track Package button corresponding to the order under Your Orders.

  7. Select your payment method and complete your order as usual.

Note:

  • At the end of the checkout process, before you complete your order, you may see a notification box which highlights the name that will appear on your package. If you need to change this name, just click on the Change link and update the details.
  • Once your package is delivered to the Pickup Location and is ready for collection on the delivery date, you will receive an email notification or a push notification on your app with your pickup instructions.
  • We always aim to provide you with accurate opening hours for Amazon Pickup Locations, however, during holiday periods we suggest that you reconfirm with the location to make sure you can collect your package when you need it.

  • If you are unable to collect your package in person (as per the name entered while placing the order) and would like someone else to collect the package on your behalf, share the QR code or OTP with the person who will be collecting the package.
  • All packages delivered to Pickup Locations must be picked up within 48 hours. If you cannot collect your package within this time, it will be returned to us and you will receive a refund.
