Amazon International Store Returns

Learn about Amazon International Store policies for change of mind returns and faulty items returns.

Extended Return Window:

We've extended our return window for the 2020 Holiday season. Most of the items shipped between 1 October and 31 December can be returned until 31 January 2021.

Change of mind returns

You may return most new and unopened Amazon International Store items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Unless otherwise stated, original delivery costs, Import Fees Deposit and return shipping for change of mind returns are not refunded. Change of mind returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery are easy with our online Returns Support Centre . Please note that it can take up to 15 days for an item to reach us once you return it.

If we receive your returned item(s) after 45 days from receipt of delivery, we may deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund.

Returning defective items

You may return a defective, faulty, damaged, or incorrect item for a full refund of the price you paid, including original delivery costs, Import Fees Deposit and a credit of S$30 to cover reasonable substantiated delivery costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. If your reasonable return shipping costs exceed S$30, Contact us before shipping the item and provide evidence to us to substantiate the reasonable costs incurred, for which you will be reimbursed.

Please use the Returns Support Centre to return a defective item within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If you need to return a defective item outside of the 30-day window, please Contact us.

Defective items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.

We reserve the right to withhold the return shipping credit, deduct restocking fees, deduct Import Fees Deposit (IFD) or reject a return that falls outside of our return policy.

Shipping a return to Amazon International Store

  • When you return your item through the Returns Support Centre , you'll either be given the option for a pre-paid label (if eligible), or a label to ship it yourself at your own expense. Print this label and follow the instructions provided.
  • If you receive a self-ship label to return your item, please ship the item to us using a carrier that is convenient for you. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service. Please retain any tracking information given to you by the carrier.

Prepaid labels

  • Once the prepaid return is created, our carrier (ECMS) will reach out to you to schedule your pick-up within 2 business days:

  • If the reason for return is the result of an Amazon error or a faulty item, or if we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs, no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the reason for return is not the result of an Amazon error or a faulty item, or if we have not agreed to bear return shipping costs, a return shipping fee of S$20 will be deducted from your refund amount. If the total value of the item(s) you have returned using a single pre-paid label is less than S$20, there will be no refund for that return.

Self-ship label

  • If the reason for return is the result of an Amazon error or a faulty item, or if we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs, when the returned item(s) are received by us, your refund will automatically include S$30 in return shipping fees. If your reasonable return shipping costs exceed S$30, you will need to contact-us before shipping the item and provide evidence to us to substantiate the reasonable costs incurred for which you will be reimbursed.
  • If the reason for return is not the result of an Amazon error or a faulty item, or if we have not agreed to bear the return shipping costs, you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed for that return. This does not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

Customer damage

Amazon International Store is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering is damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition.
