Two-Step Verification Account Recovery

Account recovery will require you to provide documentation to regain access to your account. Attempt to sign in using a registered backup method or a trusted device before attempting an account recovery.

You can use account recovery to disable Two-Step Verification on your account by providing and uploading a copy of government issued identification to confirm your identity as the account owner.

To protect your account, we will not be able to make changes to your Two-Step Verification settings until your identity is successfully verified. If you are able to sign-in to your account, you will have access to make changes to your account.
