    Yes, as a Prime member, you can continue to use the Prime Now app to browse and shop for products with ultra-fast delivery.

  2. Where can I track my orders?

    For orders you placed on the Prime Now app, tracking information will be available under Your Orders on the Prime Now app. For orders placed on Amazon.sg, please visit Your Orders on the Amazon.sg website or app for tracking information.

  3. How can I return an item purchased on Prime Now?

    Prime Now orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Initiate a return request from Your Orders within the Prime Now app, and once we receive and validate your returned item(s) you will receive your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be to your original method of payment.

  4. Can I use the same email address and password that I used on Prime Now to log in to Amazon.sg?

    Yes, you can use the same email address and password to log into your account on Amazon.sg.

  5. Can I access my Prime Now payment methods and saved addresses on Amazon.sg?

    Your Prime Now payment methods and addresses will be available on your Amazon.sg account, provided you use the same email address and password to log into the Amazon.sg website or app. Please visit Your Account to access this information.
