Fulfilled by Amazon

A "Fulfilled by Amazon" item is a product that is either sold by Amazon or a third party seller, but packed and dispatched by Amazon from an Amazon Fulfilment Centre. You can identify this item by the 'Sold and Fulfilled by Amazon' / 'Fulfilled by Amazon' messaging on the product detail page.

Standard Delivery N.A. Free for orders above S$40. Deliveries will be attempted Monday to Saturday. Standard delivery timeline is 2-3 business days.

Local and International Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN)

Local MFN: These items are sold, packed and dispatched by a third party seller based in Singapore. You can identify an MFN item by "Ships from and sold by (seller name)" messaging on the product detail page.

International MFN: These items are sold, packed and dispatched by a third party seller based outside Singapore. You can identify an MFN item by "Ships from and sold by (seller name)"messaging on the product detail page.

The delivery speeds and charges for seller-fulfilled items vary by seller. You'll see the available delivery speeds on the product detail page and during checkout.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout, before you confirm your order. Sellers also usually display their delivery charges on their profile page. You can visit the page by clicking on the seller's name on the product detail page.

As seller-fulfilled orders are dispatched from different individual sellers, you pay a separate delivery charge for each item you order. This is the case even if you order a number of items from the same seller at the same time.

Amazon International Store:

Amazon International Store allows Singapore customers to use to access products from Amazon's overseas online stores, such as The products will ship from the source country, e.g. the United States.

To check the delivery charges and speeds for your delivery address, please follow the below steps:

  1. Add an item (or items) to your cart
  2. Select Proceed to Checkout
  3. Select or add your delivery address
  4. On the right side you will see all the available delivery options under 'Choose a delivery option' along with the applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery date.


  • Not all shipping speeds are available for all items and all addresses.
  • The tables above are for guidance only. Delivery speeds for your delivery address will be confirmed during checkout before you complete your order.
  • Delivery time starts when the item has dispatched. If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unable to ship immediately, end-to-end delivery time may be extended.
