It's a good book but I am really disappointed in the content. From the book title I assumed that this woumd have lots of recipes for fat bombs etc but actually the section on fat bombs is tiny. Its filled with basic recipes for bread and other lovely foods but just not as much content as I hoped.
This is an amazing cookbook! It even has recipes for salad dressings and dips! Lots more recipes then was expecting! Just a warning though the recipes are American so in cups and cooking temps are Fahrenheit so you will need to convert. I have made the buttery almond pound cake today and literally could eat the lot it’s delicious!
I have recently received my order and I have made two puddings already (with only two adults in the household I don't make desserts as often as when our son was still living with us). I will say that you should not skip over reading the keto basics section. It is well written and informative and Urvashi's writing style is natural and enjoyable. In fact her writing is almost as enjoyable as the food you will make following her super easy recipes. This is the third of her cookbooks that I have purchased. I use them all and this is from someone who rarely used cookbooks for the preceding 20 or so years. I am gradually working my way through the three books I have enjoying every bite along the way.
I loved this cookbook! The recipes are simple to follow with items that you would have in your pantry if following the keto diet. But most importantly, they are delicious. I've made quite a few of these desserts for my husband and I, and they have all turned out perfectly. Also like that pictures are included to give you an idea of what the finished product will look like. This is my go to cookbook for desserts.
